Terms of Use

Subscription

Early Cat requires an active subscription to use. Subscriptions are billed automatically through your Apple ID and renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. To cancel, go to iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Early Cat and tap Cancel.

Refunds

All purchases and refund requests are handled by Apple. We have no access to your payment information and cannot process refunds directly. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

Age requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use Early Cat.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app. Specifically, you may not:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with the app
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose

No warranty

Early Cat is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will always work perfectly or be available at all times.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The updated date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
